1. Scope & Parties These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, subscriptions, and software tools provided by BitBlockLabs SRL, Stoinesti 4, Com. Craiva 317102, Jud. Arad, Romania ("SonarSignal", "we", "us") to the user ("you", "Customer"). By subscribing to the Free or Pro Channel, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided & No Investment Advice SonarSignal provides market analysis, automated trading software interfaces, and trading signals (Entry, Stop-Loss, Take-Profit) via an app and Telegram channels.

  • Strictly Information: All provided content is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice under Romanian Law 126/2018 or MiFID II.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of our signals or software. We do not offer automated portfolio management. All trades are executed manually at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions & Payments Access to the SonarSignal Pro Channel requires an active subscription. Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Explicit Waiver (EU/DACH Consumers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (e.g., Germany, Austria), you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Exception for Digital Content: By purchasing the Pro Channel subscription, you explicitly agree that we begin providing the digital content immediately. You acknowledge that, by consenting to this immediate execution, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content (e.g., the Telegram Pro Channel) is granted.

5. Limitation of Liability Trading cryptocurrencies involves a high risk of total loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We accept no liability for financial losses incurred by relying on our signals or using our software.

  • We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, app downtimes, delayed Telegram notifications, or third-party API latencies (e.g., broker disconnects).

  • This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. AI Transparency (EU AI Act) You acknowledge that SonarSignal utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and algorithmic models to generate market assessments and trading signals. These technologies are inherently subject to technical limitations and market volatility.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (e.g., Germany or Austria) shall remain unaffected.
